Bottled in Guyana

Sampling Banks beer, one of the local brews. This photo was taken right at the end of training, when all of us trainees who were located in Grove went to a local rum shop called "Debs" to celebrate each other's presence one more time. On the way home, four of us were caught in a no-holds-barred tropical downpour that blurred the night and held us pinned down under the awning of a local eatery down the road for the better part of twenty minutes. I don't know why I menton it.
